All Sales Are Final Due to California ABC regulations and the limited nature of our production, we do not accept returns or exchanges once wine has been purchased. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
Damaged or "Corked" Wine ⚠️ While we cannot accept returns for taste preference, we stand by the quality of our wine. If you receive a bottle that is damaged in transit or is corked (defective):

Do not discard the bottle. (California law requires proof of defect).

📸 Take a photo of the damaged bottle or cork.

📧 Email us at kamakeen.vineyards@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase.
We will provide a replacement or store credit for verified defective products.
Shipping & Weather ☀️ We are not responsible for wine damaged by extreme weather (heat/cold) during transit or after delivery.

Recommendation: Ship to an address where someone is available to sign for the package immediately, preventing it from sitting in the heat.
